Workster now supports a big player in the Business Process Outsourcing industry to support Content Moderation for one of the world’s biggest social media platforms out of their office in Lisbon. We are looking for Experts to join their German-speaking Team in the near future.

Your Role

  • You will ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to our platform.
  • You are responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of
    standards for the security of our online communities.
  • You will improve the content management strategy for short video platforms.
  • You are responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely
    management of content that violates our policies

Your Qualifications

  • German language C1 level
  • English language skills to a business standard (B2)
  • Based in Lisbon or willingness to relocate
  • Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts
  • Calm manner and able to work under pressure and be confident in watching a high volume of videos every day
  • Ability to perform well in a multi-task/cultural and ever-changing dynamic environment
  • A flexible, creative and driven personality
  • General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
  • Working schedule: shift rotation 24/7. 40 hours a week.
