Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Polish-speaking Online Marketing Sales Experts for their offices in Lisbon. Are you passionate about online Advertising and new technologies? Would you like

Your Role

  • Contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email on a daily basis, identifying sales
    opportunities;
  • Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space;
  • Consulting with clients to provide the best solution for their business goal and use existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals;
  • Qualifying business to be handed over to a team of skilled account managers with the goal to increase the
    customer’s revenue;
  • Using existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals;
  • Use a variety of tools including MS Excel, Salesforce and others to research, communicate and sell to the customer;
  • Regularly feeding product feedback from customers back into the organization in order to continuously improve advertising products.

Your Qualifications

  • Solid Sales experience, ideally in BPO
  • Fluent Polish (C2) and  English at good level (B2-C1)
  • Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Achievement and goal oriented
  • Motivated and self-starter
  • Dynamic and Energetic
