The company enjoys impressive global reach and has since expanded into 31 countries (including Germany, United Kingdom and Brazil).
Your Role
- Customer support to German, Italian and French speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels.
- Aid our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our products and services.
- Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.
- Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing.
Your Qualifications
- Excellent German (C1) and fluent English (B2) skills
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable).
- Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you).
- Excellent language skills in the job language, and comfortable speaking and writing in English.
- Love to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customers.
- Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you.
- Curious and persistent to solve issues.
- Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
