• Handle technical customer contacts for various products via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels.
• Provide clear and practical information within set parameters, addressing questions about procedures and services.
• Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support issues.
• Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information.
• Appropriately manage and escalate customer issues to higher support tiers.
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.
• Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction, providing feedback as needed.

Your Qualifications

• C1 level of German and good English skills (B2)
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
• Stable profile with stable job history (not frequent job hopping).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users.
• Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
