Your Role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, fostering trust and partnership.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs and expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to introduce new features, products, and functionalities to clients.
  • Guide clients in implementing solutions and optimizing their performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication on project status, updates, and milestones.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation relevant to client accounts and product implementations.

  • Be open to business travel, engaging with clients and exploring new market opportunities.

Your Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in account management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion for sports and a solid understanding of the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Negotiation & Presentation: Ability to listen, negotiate, and present effectively to clients.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Jira and Confluence for project and workflow management.
  • Strong technical and business acumen to drive strategic client discussions.
  • Experience within the sports betting industry is highly valued.
