Your Responsibilities:
- Inbound Sales Management: Handle qualified inbound calls to drive commercial business development and manage gold customers and partners.
- Prospect Qualification: Identify and qualify key decision-makers in targeted companies.
- Sales Pipeline Tracking: Maintain and report ongoing sales activities and client interactions.
- Customer Satisfaction Monitoring: Regularly assess client satisfaction levels and escalate issues when necessary.
- Client & Partner Support: Provide timely responses and resolve customer or partner inquiries effectively.
- Proposal Development: Prepare commercial and technical proposals, ensuring they align with both client needs and business goals.
- Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to existing customers when needed to support upselling and retention efforts.
Your Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent or bilingual in French and advanced English.
- Sales Background: Solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
- Goal-Oriented Mindset: Strong achievement-driven attitude, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Technical & Digital Skills: Comfortable using computer systems, CRMs, and digital tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with channel sales is a plus.
The Offer:
- Stable Work Contract: Full-time, 39 hours/week, permanent contract (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
