Your Responsibilities:

  • Business Client Assistance: Provide exceptional B2B customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clients maximize the benefits of the platform.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Help business owners with technical issues, payment processing concerns, and system optimizations.
  • Account Management & Verification: Identify account holders, verify account information, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and internal procedures provided by the company.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Engage with clients, ensuring timely resolution of concerns, while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.

Your Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
  • Education & Experience: High school diploma (mandatory).
  • Stable job history (not frequent job hopping).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service with a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with automated customer service platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Ability to work independently while following company protocols.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts (24/7 operations) with two rotating days off.
