Workster is partnering with a leading BPO company to recruit a German-speaking Payroll Specialist for their team in Essen, Germany. Your Responsibilities:
- Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, absences, and leave balances.
- Payroll Processing: Assist in the accurate processing of payroll and related accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with German labor laws.
- HR Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Documentation Issuance: Prepare and issue necessary certificates and documentation for employees as required.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to support the HR and payroll functions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with employees and management to address and resolve payroll and HR-related inquiries.
Your Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in German payroll processing and a solid understanding of German labor law.
- HR Administration: Previous experience in HR administration or payroll accounting is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using standard office software and productivity tools.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
