Your Responsibilities:

  • Content Review: Monitor user-generated content to ensure adherence to platform policies and community guidelines.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and address reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Risk Management: Identify and escalate high-risk issues while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
  • User Support: Provide timely and empathetic support to users, balancing platform integrity with user satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure continuous service improvement.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards.

Your Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Hebrew, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as fluency in English.
  • Work Authorization: Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship.
  • Content Moderation Experience: Strong affinity with back-office operations and content moderation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literate.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and empathy.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system, including nights and weekends.
