Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Portuguese-speaking Technical Support Advisor fully remote, anywhere in Spain. Your Responsibilities:

  • Technical Assistance: Provide high-quality technical support to users regarding software functionality and IT-related concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle diverse customer situations with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Use critical and logical thinking to analyze and provide solutions to technical queries.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest IT trends, cloud technologies, and software updates to improve service delivery.

Your Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Portuguese, with strong proficiency in English (C1 level). Spanish is a plus!
  • Technical Knowledge: Background in IT technologies, with hands-on experience or training in cloud technologies and Microsoft products.
  • Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or software troubleshooting is valuable.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical inquiries efficiently.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively.
