Your Role:

As a Uniform Administrator, you will:

  • Oversee Uniform Distribution – Manage the allocation and issuance of uniforms to employees, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Inventory Management – Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor uniform availability, and coordinate orders when necessary.
  • Process Orders & Replacements – Ensure timely ordering of new uniforms, replacements, and returns, liaising with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Record Keeping – Maintain up-to-date records of uniform distribution, returns, and stock usage.
  • Quality Control – Inspect new and existing uniforms for quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Coordinate with HR & Operations – Work closely with HR and department managers to ensure all staff members receive the correct uniforms according to their roles.
  • Support Fitting & Adjustments – Assist employees with uniform fittings and arrange alterations when necessary.
  • Enforce Company Policies – Ensure employees adhere to uniform guidelines and report any discrepancies.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships – Liaise with uniform suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent English (C1 level) – Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous Experience in Administration – Background in uniform management, logistics, or office administration is an advantage.
  • Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage stock, track inventory, and ensure efficient distribution.
  • Attention to Detail – Ensuring employees receive the correct sizes, quantities, and uniform components.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases.
  • Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks – Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining order accuracy.
  • Interpersonal Skills – Professional and friendly approach when assisting employees with uniform-related matters.
  • Problem-Solving Ability – Addressing uniform shortages, size mismatches, or supplier issues efficiently.
  • Flexibility to Work in Shifts if Required – Availability to adjust schedules based on operational needs.
