Workster is partnering with a leader in outsourced inside sales, partner enablement, and customer success to recruit a French-speaking Account Development Representative for their Dublin office.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in prospecting, qualifying leads, and facilitating sales conversations to help expand the company’s market presence.

This is a full-time, hybrid position, requiring at least three days per week in the office after training.

Your Role

  • Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies based on market trends and customer needs
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate the value of products and services to prospective clients
  • Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
  • Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and the sales team
  • Meet and exceed performance KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Design, present, and execute market campaigns, reporting results to internal teams
  • Stay informed about the client’s products, services, and industry developments

Your Requirements

  • Fluent French (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
  • Passion for sales and business development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Ability to deliver a solutions-focused sales approach and create exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.io) is a plus
  • Technologically adept with a strong interest in tech and innovation
  • Ability to prospect independently and build a strong sales pipeline
