Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Danish-speaking Account Manager for their team in Malaga, Spain.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving the sales cycle, and guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, maximizing revenue growth, and ensuring that customers receive the best possible solutions tailored to their needs.
This is a full-time hybrid role, offering a combination of remote and on-site work in Malaga.
Your Role
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a strong first impression and cultivating long-term relationships
- Advise businesses on adopting advanced cloud technologies
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses
- Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve processes and services
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Danish (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
- 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar
Preferred but not required:
- Experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification in MS Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps
