Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Dutch-speaking Sales Manager for their Malaga office.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving the sales cycle, building client relationships, and showcasing expertise in advanced cloud technologies. You will play a key role in developing strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring high performance while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
This is a full-time, on-site position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and high-growth environment.
Your Role
- Lead the team to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly business targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain up-to-date data in the CRM system
- Act as a problem-solver, removing roadblocks and helping the team resolve sales challenges
- Analyze performance metrics and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays
- Stay informed about market trends and client services, ensuring the team is always up to date
- Serve as a point of escalation for clients, responding promptly to any concerns
- Maintain strong communication with the Sales Director and foster strategic client relationships
- Ensure team alignment with operating plan targets, sales goals, and client performance targets (CPTs)
- Coordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds
- Build partnerships with all key stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met
Your Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
- 5+ years of proven experience in a sales role
- Strong passion for customer experience and team performance management
- Experience in sales operations and strategy development
- Proven track record of coaching, developing, and retaining employees
- Ability to maximize revenue using industry best practices
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills as a manager, with the ability to find solutions in complex situations
