Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Dutch & French-speaking Lead Generator for their Malaga office.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, improving customer segmentation data, and supporting marketing and sales teams. You will help drive business growth by working closely with internal teams and following up on marketing initiatives, events, and promotional offers.

This is a full-time, on-site position, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and technology-driven sales environment.

Your Role

  • Work on priority accounts to improve segmentation data in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SFDC)
  • Follow up on events, online demand, and marketing-generated leads to deliver high-quality data to sales teams
  • Support lead generation campaigns, including local promotions, bundle offers, and new product launches
  • Update and improve customer contact details and data quality
  • Convert unqualified leads into qualified leads for further sales engagement
  • Cooperate with marketing teams to ensure post-event follow-up and data updates
  • Work alongside telemarketing teams to generate qualified sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with telesales and sales teams to facilitate lead handovers and conversion tracking

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Dutch (C1) and proficient English (B2); French is a plus
  • Strong sales mindset with an interest in technology and business development
  • Knowledge of sales processes and lead generation strategies
  • IT literacy and familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) is an advantage
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
