Workster is partnering with a leading hospitality company to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Representative for their Malaga office.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, assisting with reservations, inquiries, and general customer support for a well-established international hotel chain. You will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality guest experience by providing accurate information and resolving customer requests efficiently.

This is a full-time, on-site position in a dynamic and international work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle incoming calls in German from customers
  • Assist guests with reservations, booking modifications, and general inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about services, policies, and hotel facilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering professional and efficient assistance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, promotions, and procedures
  • Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (C1)
  • Valid NIE, NAF, and Spanish bank account (or willingness to obtain them)
  • Availability to work 39 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00 (rotating shifts, including weekends)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
  • Ability to work onsite in Malaga
