Workster is working with a leading multinational technology business that is looking to recruit an Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent for their office in Lisbon, Portugal. The successful candidate will be supporting customers who hold a premium membership on a popular streaming platform.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide assistance to premium users via live chat or email, offering troubleshooting and helpful guidance.
  • Deliver B2B support with a focus on monetization, helping clients optimize channel revenue and strategic decisions.
  • Remain up to date with platform policies, community guidelines, and evolving service standards.
  • Support users with account configurations, content ID, and rights management concerns.
  • Handle inquiries related to policies, safety, and copyright guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues such as playback errors, uploading bugs, and account malfunctions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Italian, both spoken and written.
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and user-friendly way.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, stress-resilient, and adaptable personality.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage workload independently, and work well in a team-oriented setting.
