Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer support to help them find dynamic Customer Support Agents in Porto, Portugal. As a key part of the team, you’ll work to exceed customer expectations while contributing to continuous service improvement and operational excellence.

What You Will Do in This Role

  • As a Customer Support Agent, you will:
  • Be the direct voice of our company — the essential link between the company and our customers.
  • Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Address inquiries from merchants regarding our products and services, offering comprehensive support.
  • Actively contribute to improving customer satisfaction by optimizing processes and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Work as part of an international and multilingual team, promoting service improvements across the board.

What We’re Looking For

  • We’re a great match if you:
  • Fluent in French (C1), both written and verbal communication, and have an advanced level of English (B2).
  • Possess strong communication skills and can build rapport with customers quickly — approachable, patient, and customer-focused.
  • Have excellent problem-solving abilities, a curious mindset, and persistence in resolving issues.
  • Prior experience in customer support is beneficial, especially with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email).
  • Have empathy and dedication to delivering high-quality service, making customer satisfaction a top priority.
  • Ability to manage escalations and resolve complex issues in a calm, organized manner.
  • Comfortable with technology: able to multitask and use tools like smartphones, tablets, and computers efficiently.
  • You’re well-organized and can manage your time effectively, even under pressure.
