Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to find dynamic Customer Service Representatives in Porto, Portugal. As a part of their team, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring client expectations are exceeded, focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do in This Role

  • Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone), providing excellent service and support.
  • Engage with potential customers, answering their questions, and providing relevant information to help meet their needs.
  • Collect information from new customers and input it into the system to maintain accurate customer records.
  • Process and respond to incoming requests promptly, ensuring the best possible customer experience.
  • Help build and maintain relationships with customers, creating lasting commitment to the client’s brand.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in Dutch (C1), both written and oral, with excellent communication skills.
  • Have strong active listening abilities and the capability to identify customer needs quickly.
  • Are proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Are enthusiastic about delivering high-quality service, and eager to contribute to customer satisfaction.
