Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Dutch speaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist for their Lisbon office.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal, hybrid (2 days in office)

Your Role

  • Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers
  • Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
  • Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level
  • Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies
  • Use optimization techniques and work aligned to customers’ goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and Video
  • Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies
  • Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.

Your Qualifications

  • Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Digital marketing roles
  • Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.)
  • AdWords Search fundamentals certified – will be considered as an advantage
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
  • Technologically savvy and strong interest in new digital marketing trends
  • The ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, process and policy information
  • Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethics with constant focus on quality
  • Able to work independently and as a part of the team.
