Workster is partnering with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Bulgarian speaking Games Presenter Team Manager for their Gaming studios in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Your Role

  • Reports to the Manager and collaborates closely with the Training and Development Lead.
  • Ensures proper assessment, coordination, and facilitation of both new and existing staff.
  • Fosters an inspiring team environment, setting clear goals aligned with company culture and performance metrics.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant standards and requirements, surpassing expectations where possible.
  • Serves as a representative, ensuring effective communication across teams.
  • Maintains professional relationships with internal stakeholders while upholding company standards.

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent in Bulgarian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
  • Proactive in building positive and engaging relationships with team members.
  • Actively contributes to the company’s growth and success.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant industry.
  • Willing to work in an office environment with a shift schedule.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
