Refer a Friend Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
Our Refer a Friend Program rewards individuals who refer candidates to us.
A referral bonus is paid when a referred candidate is successfully hired and begins employment.

2. Eligibility to Refer
Anyone may submit referrals through our website. To qualify for the referral bonus, the submitted CV must meet the following conditions:

• The CV must be submitted via the designated form on our website which can be found here.
• The CV must be validated and confirmed by our recruitment team within 48 working hours of submission – the referee’s contact details must also be correct.
• Duplicate referrals (already in our database or referred by someone else) will not be eligible for rewards, and this will be informed accordingly at the time of validation.

3. Confirmation of Placement
If your referred candidate is successfully hired, we will confirm the placement and provide details regarding the candidate’s agreed start date.

4. Bonus Due Upon Start
The referral bonus becomes due on the candidate’s first official day of employment (“Day 1”).

5. Bonus Amount
Every referral bonus has a minimum amount of 250EUR, which is always guaranteed. However, this value may be increased according to the role the candidate is referred to, and it will be confirmed upon validation of the CV, within 48 working hours, to the person referring. The amount can go up to 1000EUR for valuable candidates.

6. Bonus Payment Timeline
The referral bonus will be processed and paid within 30 calendar days from the candidate’s start date, subject to the following conditions:

• Depending on the country of residence of the referrer, an invoice or supporting evidence (as applicable) may be required to process the payment, as well as bank details.
• All required documents must be submitted promptly to avoid delays.
• The hired candidate must not drop out in the first 30 days of employment.

7. Additional Conditions

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual may make.
• Referral bonuses are subject to applicable local laws and taxes, which may be the responsibility of the referrer.
• We reserve the right to change or end the Refer a Friend Program at any time without prior notice; however, this will only affect future referrals, NOT any existing ones processed before changes occur.
