Workster is partnering with a global tech company to recruit for a Sales Development Representative for a hybrid role in Malaga, Spain. Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in shaping the future of technology while driving the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

Your Role

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, making a strong first impression and nurturing a growing portfolio of clients using your sales expertise
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies to meet their needs
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities within small and medium-sized businesses to implement cutting-edge cloud solutions
  • Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate the “Voice of the Customer” to help improve products and services

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record, or experience in sales account management or customer management
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
  • A strong passion for technology and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and manage time well

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar cloud solutions
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification in MS Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps
