Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business solutions to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a project in Porto. You will be supporting a world leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology, providing empathetic and professional assistance to customers using advanced medical devices that improve lives across Europe.
Your Role
- Provide customer care and technical assistance for diabetes medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and high-quality support.
- Deliver troubleshooting and technical support for medical devices and accessories.
- Assist customers with product usage across multiple channels (calls, email, chat, SMS).
- Manage order intake, renewals, and related documentation in compliance with procedures.
- Apply active listening, empathy, and professionalism in sensitive or challenging situations.
- Follow defined scripts and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent French (C1+) and strong English skills (C1).
- Ability to support multiple European markets simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support is an advantage.
- Knowledge of diabetes care or medical devices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to manage large volumes of information and documentation.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritising tasks effectively.
- Stress management skills and ability to remain calm in urgent or challenging cases.
- Active listening and empathy to resolve customer concerns.
