Your Role
- Assist players with any issues they report, providing fast and effective solutions.
- Ensure a player-first approach, delivering the ultimate player experience.
- Actively listen to player feedback and escalate insights to the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve support processes.
- Contribute to creating a positive, engaging environment for the gaming community.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent German (C1) and good command of English.
- Passion for gaming: you play and understand gaming communities, player mindsets, and culture.
- Empathy and ability to view situations from a player’s perspective.
- Knowledge of player support or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Motivation to help players and contribute to the success of the team.
