Workster is partnering with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Surveillance Team Leader for their Gaming studios in Bucharest, Romania.

Your Role

  • Analyze and verify reported incidents, escalate when necessary, and support evaluations or corrective actions.
  • Oversee testing and performance assessments of monitoring systems, collaborating with quality assurance and development teams.
  • Monitor both digital and physical environments to identify suspicious, irregular, or non-compliant activities.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports for incident tracking, performance reviews, and operational transparency.
  • Coordinate fair task distribution, manage live escalations, and support decision-making during high-priority situations.
  • Mentor and train team members to ensure skill development and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Contribute to performance and incentive reviews by validating task completion and the basis for any corrective measures.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • 4–5 years of experience in monitoring, compliance, risk management, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong technical knowledge of monitoring tools, surveillance systems, or other relevant technologies.
  • Proven analytical skills in detecting patterns, irregularities, or operational risks.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent), particularly Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in producing structured reports.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays) within a 24/7 operational schedule.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Familiarity with advanced monitoring or analytical software tools.
  • Experience using data visualization or analysis platforms (e.g., Tableau, SQL).
  • Understanding of performance metrics and incentive structures.
