Your Role

  • Assist users via calls and tickets with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide solutions to everyday device usage questions with a customer-first approach.
  • Identify and escalate trending issues or bugs to the supervision team.
  • Work alongside a passionate, customer-focused international team.
  • Contribute to delivering a seamless user experience for customers of wearable devices.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (B2 or higher) for daily customer communication.
  • Good English (B1+) for training and internal communication.
  • Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS features.
  • Strong empathy, problem-solving skills, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work well in a team.
  • Motivation for long-term employment and career growth.
