Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit Portuguese-speaking Inside Sales Representatives for a technology sales project in Barcelona, Spain. Your Role
- Respond to inbound leads, converting each interaction into an opportunity to introduce clients to innovative merchant payment solutions and software.
- Build strong connections with new customers, presenting products and services that match their needs.
- Empower clients by guiding them through tailored solutions and product knowledge.
- Proactively address queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Contribute to workflow improvements and process innovation for enhanced merchant support.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Portuguese (bilingual or proficient) and strong English skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a drive to exceed expectations and sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Competitive spirit with resilience and the ability to overcome objections.
- Strong teamwork skills, with a proactive and motivated approach.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment with consistent phone activity.
- Desire to learn, grow, and continuously develop in the role.
