Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a retail industry project in Szczecin, Poland. Your Role
- Deliver written customer support via email for the German market, with a small volume of calls.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing past interactions and using internal tools.
- Process manual refunds and handle GDPR-related complaints with accuracy and care.
- Ensure every customer interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
- Work across multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent German (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
- Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute and solid computer literacy.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Szczecin (5 days per week).
- Flexibility to work shifts Monday–Sunday, 09:00–18:00.
