Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit English-speaking Customer Experts for a digital banking project in Lisbon, Portugal. Your Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve a wide range of customer queries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
  • Manage customer issues end-to-end, including complex cases, while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Support fraud investigations, dispute resolution, and complaints management.
  • Identify and assist vulnerable customers, escalating cases when necessary.
  • Collaborate with teammates, providing feedback and supporting process improvements.
  • Remain adaptable to changing business and customer needs.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent English (C1/C2), both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in banking, financial services, or insurance (minimum 12 months in Ireland or international markets).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases with care.
  • Confident decision-making skills, especially in complex or high-impact situations.
  • Tech-savvy, with knowledge of tools like GSuite, Slack, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Collaborative mindset with resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
