Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit Dutch-speaking B2B Customer Care Advisors for a payments industry project in Athens, Greece. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international team and deliver premium support to business clients.
Your Role
- Handle transactions and payment-related inquiries (refunds, manual charges, locating payments, etc.).
- Support the onboarding process of new B2B customers.
- Update and maintain merchants’ information in the database.
- Ensure premium customer experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Work with multiple software tools to manage cases efficiently.
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional communication to clients.
Your Qualifications
- Native or near-native Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1).
- Strong MS Office skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex financial inquiries.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask, meet targets, and work effectively in a team.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.

- Full-time, permanent contract with stable working hours (Monday–Friday: 09:00–17:00 or 10:30–18:30).
