Workster is partnering with Concentrix Spain to recruit Account Manager Executives for an exciting project in the tech industry based in Barcelona. Your Role:

  • Focus on developing and closing opportunities with both new and existing customers, driving acquisition, retention, and growth across mid-sized accounts.
  • Own the overall account strategy and execute sales plans for each account.
  • Systematically qualify customer potential and address whitespace opportunities across the full product portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with the Channel team (PBM, iPBM, Proximity) to align account strategies.
  • Drive PC++ Sales (including Headsets, Displays, and Care Packs) and Print Transactional Sales.
  • Lead the solution-building process, engaging specialists and presales experts when needed.
  • Identify and engage new contacts within assigned accounts, enhancing relationships across the full portfolio.
  • Own opportunity identification, qualification, and management. Proactively hunt within low or no SOW accounts.
  • Coordinate with technical consultants to provide expert support as required.
  • Support or lead project management efforts, managing pricing discussions, ensuring compliance with global pricing guidelines, and leading negotiations and sales closure with a focus on profitability.
  • Support renewals and post-sales activities in partner-led opportunities, focusing on cross-sell and upsell strategies to ensure outstanding customer experience.

Your Qualifications:

  • Are proficient or bilingual in German and have an advanced English level.
  • Have a proven ability to self-prospect via cold outreach using multiple contact tools.
  • Are skilled in building strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Have the ability to navigate complex organizations to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Have experience leading meetings with IT and Procurement stakeholders.
  • Possess strong business acumen and the ability to develop long-term growth strategies.
  • Have an analytical mindset to identify key business challenges and propose actionable solutions.
  • Have the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process for transactional and, in selected cases, contractual opportunities.
  • Have 1–3 years of relevant industry sales experience.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Are passionate about technology, customer relationships, and business growth.
