Workster is partnering with a leading global provider of operational leasing and fleet management solutions to recruit a Customer Success & Support Specialist in Lisbon. You’ll assist business customers with fleet management inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth service delivery, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards and drive improvements.


Your Role

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service requests from customers, assisting them with fleet management, maintenance, and general operational inquiries.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints or operational issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records for follow-up actions.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with fleet management and operations teams to ensure customer inquiries are resolved promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively identify areas for improving the customer journey, suggesting process optimizations to enhance the overall customer experience.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and verbal).
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment or contact center.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Interest or experience in fleet management, vehicle leasing, or logistics is a plus.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
