Workster is partnering with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Downtime Specialist for their studios in Belgrade, Serbia.

As a Downtime Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth studio operations by planning, tracking, and communicating downtime activities. Working closely with maintenance teams and stakeholders, you will help coordinate maintenance schedules, support preventive initiatives, and ensure accurate reporting. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys keeping complex operations running efficiently.

Your Role

  • Maintain and update accurate downtime schedules, including new studio releases
  • Coordinate planned maintenance activities and studio reopenings
  • Support preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives
  • Communicate downtime plans, updates, and changes to relevant teams
  • Track downtime activities and support reporting and documentation
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of downtime planning and processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Experience in scheduling, operations, or maintenance coordination
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
  • High School Diploma as a minimum qualification
  • Experience in Live Casino Production or similar technical environments is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of safety and compliance standards is an advantage.
