Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Russian-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon.

In this position, you will support advertisers using a global digital platform, helping them manage and optimize their online campaigns. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, assisting small and medium-sized businesses in improving their advertising performance and overall experience.

Your Role

  • Provide support to small and medium-sized business clients (SMBs) via chat, email, and phone
  • Assist with pre- and post-sales inquiries related to advertising products and tools
  • Troubleshoot issues related to campaigns, accounts, and platform functionality
  • Guide customers on how to optimize their advertising performance and use available tools effectively
  • Identify trends and recurring issues, contributing to continuous service improvement
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Russian (C1/C2) with good English skills
  • Previous experience in customer support, digital marketing, or sales is an advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in online advertising and digital platforms
  • Comfortable working with multiple tools and systems
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Team player with adaptability and a proactive attitude

The Offer

  • Full-time on-site position in Lisbon
  • 40 hours per week with rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday between 07:00 – 00:00
