orkster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a remote role based in Portugal.

In this position, you will support customers throughout their online shopping journey, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience. You will work in a dynamic and international environment, handling a variety of customer inquiries while contributing to overall customer satisfaction.


Your Role

  • Support customers with online orders, including delivery, returns, payments, and refunds
  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and back-office tasks
  • Investigate shipping issues and coordinate with carriers and internal teams
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status and processes
  • Handle sensitive customer data in line with data protection policies (GDPR, PCI)
  • Identify and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of interactions
  • Work collaboratively with different teams to improve the overall customer experience

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) with good English skills (B2)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information responsibly
  • Experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus
  • Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude

The Offer

  • Full-time remote position in Portugal
  • Working schedule: 40h/week, rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 07:00 – 00:00
