Your Role
- Provide customer support in Spanish (and occasionally in English) via phone and email.
- Handle inquiries related to products, orders, and device usage.
- Offer clear, empathetic guidance to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Manage required documentation and update internal systems.
- Coordinate orders and shipments, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction at all times.

Your Qualifications
- Native or fluent Spanish (C1-C2 level).
- Fluent English (mandatory) for training and internal communication.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive, solution-driven, and empathetic attitude.
- Previous experience in customer support or similar fields is a plus.
