Workster is partnering with a leading international company to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a drone technology after-sales project in Lisbon.

In this role, you will provide professional repair and after-sales support for drone products, assisting customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and guidance. You will ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues efficiently, managing complaints with empathy, and contributing to continuous improvement of products and services.


Your Role

  • Provide after-sales and technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with repair inquiries and troubleshooting, including guidance on product use
  • Handle complaints professionally and empathetically, ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service processes
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and performance goals
  • Maintain professionalism and provide timely solutions to customer issues

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent French (C1/C2) and good command of English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, empathetic, and solution-focused
  • Comfortable handling technical issues and guiding customers effectively
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude

The Offer

  • Full-time on-site position in Lisbon
  • 40-hour work week with 8-hour days and 1-hour lunch break
  • Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 22:00
