Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Rent-a-Car Consultants for an exciting international project in Sofia.

In this role, you will represent a well-known international car rental brand, assisting customers with reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general mobility inquiries. You will provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs while ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism.

Your Role

  • Represent an international car rental brand professionally
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email in German
  • Assist clients with: New reservations, Booking modifications, Cancellations, General travel and mobility inquiries
  • Provide tailored mobility solutions based on customer requirements
  • Deliver excellent customer service with friendly and professional communication
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and service quality

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (C1 or higher)
  • Good English skills for internal communication
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and professionalism
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and team spirit
  • No previous experience required — full professional training is provided
  • Interest in travel, mobility, or customer support
