Workster is partnering with a leading international company to recruit German-speaking Sales & Customer Service Specialists for a telecommunications project in Sofia.

In this role, you will provide professional inbound sales and customer support, assisting customers with their telecommunications products and services. You will ensure high-quality interactions, promote additional services where appropriate, and contribute to an excellent customer experience.

This is a full-time position, starting with mandatory on-site training and transitioning to flexible work options based on performance.

Your Role

  • Handle incoming sales and customer support inquiries via phone and digital channels
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and service requests
  • Promote additional services to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of interactions in CRM systems
  • Meet performance and quality targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to resolve complex cases
  • Participate in ongoing training and team discussions to stay updated on products and services

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (C1-C2), both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building positive relationships
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
  • Comfortable handling high-volume calls and multitasking efficiently
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
