Workster is partnering with a leading international outsourcer to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a multinational technology company headquartered in Amsterdam, one of the largest electronics companies in the world, currently focused in the area of healthcare and lighting.
In this role, you are helping customers on Social Media platforms with different queries and problems related to the products of Philips – pre-sales, post-sales questions and tech malfunction.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Sofia for the first 6 months and then moves to hybrid.
Your Role
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and voice channels
- Respond to all customer inquiries within given timescales, efficiently and effectively and to develop and maintain a full technical knowledge and troubleshooting of Versuni (Philips Products)
- Recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
- Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
- Logging of all calls accurately and in line with procedure
- Responsible for maintaining and updating all administration
- Consult Versuni’s product manuals to advise customers of appropriate options/solutions
- Provide support to customers, ensuring clear communication where required
Your Qualifications
- Minimum C1 German level
- Previous experience in customer service, consumer care, contact center
- Experience handling complaints, escalations, or sensitive consumer cases is an advantage
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational skills
- A minimum typing speed of 20 wpm
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to achieve deadlines
The Offer
- Full-time on-site position in Sofia, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 9am-10pm, Saturdays until 7pm
