Your Role

  • Listen and respond to customer queries via phone and email
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information based on customer requests
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Deliver professional customer support while maintaining excellent service quality
  • Handle customer interactions in Czech and English
  • Work collaboratively with an international and supportive team

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak and good English communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • No previous experience in customer support required
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive personality
