Your Role

  • Assist players with any issues they report, providing fast and effective solutions.
  • Ensure a player-first approach, delivering the ultimate player experience.
  • Actively listen to player feedback and escalate insights to the relevant teams.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Spanish (C1) and good command of English.
  • Passion for gaming: you play and understand gaming communities, player mindsets, and culture.
  • Empathy and ability to view situations from a player’s perspective.
  • Knowledge of player support or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Motivation to help players and contribute to the success of the team.
