Your Tasks
- Dutch Customer Service via phone, chat and email
- Utilize English as back-up language
- Ensure a quick problem resolution for our customers
- Target full customer satisfaction via all communication channels
Your Qualifications
- Based anywhere in Athens or willingness to relocate
- Proficient level of Dutch (C1) and good level of English (B2)
- EU/Shengen citizenship or valid Greek work permit
- Flexibility to work in an 8h shift model between 9h-23h, Mo-Su, 40h per week
- High School Diploma or higher (preferred);
- Excellent communication skills and social intelligence – empathy, self-awareness, cultural sensitivity;
- Strong web-based navigation skills;
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously.
