Your Tasks

  • Dutch Customer Service via phone, chat and email
  • Utilize English as back-up language
  • Ensure a quick problem resolution for our customers
  • Target full customer satisfaction via all communication channels

Your Qualifications

  • Based anywhere in Athens or willingness to relocate
  • Proficient level of Dutch (C1) and good level of English (B2)
  • EU/Shengen citizenship or valid Greek work permit
  • Flexibility to work in an 8h shift model between 9h-23h, Mo-Su, 40h per week
  • High School Diploma or higher (preferred);
  • Excellent communication skills and social intelligence – empathy, self-awareness, cultural sensitivity;
  • Strong web-based navigation skills;
  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously.
