Workster is partnering with a leading global technology and services company to recruit an ARC Support Specialist fluent in Turkish. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for online order-related support, helping customers navigate everything from deliveries to refunds with care, precision, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

As an ARC Support Specialist, you will:

  • Support customers with online orders, including delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payment transactions, and refunds.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone and email.
  • Investigate and escalate more complex issues using the knowledge base and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with couriers, financial institutions, internal teams, and customers to provide complete solutions.
  • Work within PCI and GDPR compliance frameworks, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on processes and services.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively and meeting project goals.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Fluency in Turkish (C2) and proficiency in English (minimum B2)
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a back-office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Experience with SAP or other back-office systems is a plus
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday between 07:00 and 00:00)
  • Flexibility to occasionally work overtime depending on workload
  • A collaborative attitude and team-oriented approach
