Workster is partnering with a global leader in the travel and hospitality industry to find an Airbnb Resolutions Spanish Advisor to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a customer-first mindset. Being part of Airbnb Support team, providing helpdesk support to a global Spanish andEnglish market via phone, message, email and chat (ongoing reservations).

Your Role:

  •  Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide Airbnb community
  • Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer issues
  • Respond professionally to inbound phone calls and emails. including urgent situations
  • Identify and escalate issues appropriately
  • Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails
  • Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources
  • Arbitrate situations between users
  • Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem
  • Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals

Your Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Italian(C1), with strong written and spoken English (B2 level or higher).
  • Technical Skills: Ability to handle and estimate losses related to contents, automobiles, or watercraft.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of empathy and customer service orientation.
