Workster partners with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit Arabic-speaking Sales Retention agents for their Limassol office.

Your Role

  • Promote the company’s products and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
  • Increase chances of future sales
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
  • Keep up to date with the financial markets

Your Qualifications

  • Native/fluent in Arabic, both oral and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience in same / similar role in Forex & CFD Industry is needed, min 6 months
  • Computer savviness
  • Ability to work with deadlines & targets
  • Management and mathematics skills
  • Great objection-handling skills
