Workster is partnering with a leading European BPO to hire enthusiastic German-speaking individuals for their growing Team, working from Sofia.
You will be supporting B2B clients for a cloud based application.

Your Role

  • Assist businesses with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, and chat
  • Only B2B (business to business) communication
  • Deliver outstanding client service
  • Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
  • Identify and understand user needs.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (C1) for daily communication with clients
  • Good command of English (B2)
  • Basic understanding of cloud based applications
  • Demonstrating empathy
  • Desire to help customers as best as possible and willing to contribute to the team’s success / be a team-player
  • Result-oriented with personal performance
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
