Workster partners with a young financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. The successful employee will lead their expansion initiatives in ASIA. The ideal candidate will be a Thai speaker with proven experience in business development and team management on the Asian market.
Your Role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Thailand
- Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate the Thai market
- Manage and nurture strong relationships with potential and current clients in the region
- Oversee and lead sales and marketing teams in Asia to achieve established goals
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment of business goals and strategies
- Analyze the market and competition to identify key trends and opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on business performance and present recommendations for improvements
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings with clients and potential partners in Asia
Your Qualifications
- Fluency in Thai, both verbal and written (C1)
- Forex experience with an active portfolio of Asian clients is an absolute must (please do not expect a reply if you do not have this)
- Residing in Thailand
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff
- Strong knowledge of how to expand the network fast
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a goal-driven environment
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions
- Availability to travel within Asia as needed
