Workster  partnering with a platform service provider specializing in capital markets. We’re currently seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join the team and streamline the client onboarding process. In this role, you will work with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless, efficient, and timely onboarding experience for new clients and investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new clients and investors to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and third parties, ensuring the accurate creation, updating, and completion of forms, templates, and documents.
  • Facilitate and follow up on documentation signing, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all steps in the onboarding process are executed efficiently.
  • Support stakeholders in filling out necessary forms and processing all required information.
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients regarding the status of onboarding activities.
  • Assist in process mapping to improve and streamline onboarding efficiency.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of all documentation and correspondence related to the onboarding process.

Your Qualifications

  • Have proven experience in document management and administrative support, particularly in the capital markets or finance industry.
  • Are familiar with business processes and terminology related to capital markets.
  • Have prior experience managing onboarding processes, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
  • Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Some knowledge of contracts or legal documentation is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with process mapping or workflow optimization.
  • Are familiar with CRM or document management systems.
  • Knowledge of Smart Sheet is considered a strong advantage.
